If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you believe it to be faulty or not as described, or you would like to exchange for an alternative size, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Please email contact@frenchsportswear.com detailing your order number, contact details and address, reason for return, and whether you’d like to exchange or receive a refund.
We will then contact you to arrange a return.

Please return the item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. We will then issue you with a refund or replacement, as required. 
When returning a parcel, please ensure:
-    The item(s) is unused, and in its original condition
-    The item(s) is packed well to ensure it arrives in its original state, and using the original packaging where possible. 
We will aim to process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible, usually within seven working days.

Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for items during transit and all returns will be sent at your own cost

Return delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty.
